You want to make better pictures, it is quite simple, make better pictures. Think before you shoot, you’ll have to try different angles, vantage points and post process. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over again expecting a different result – Good Photography starts with good light, a contrast is great where you main subject is in the light and your background isn’t – good photography doesn’t have to be explained. I saw the sliver of light illuminating this old Dodge, sat down on the ground with my camera really, really low… Angled it up, framed my shot and waited for someone to walk into it, I knew once captured, it was going to be a doozie & to elevate the image a notch higher – I introduced an unusual app to increase the wow factor in the final image by adding a little extra oomph in the post process explained in the “327 Original” link below. It is not enough to make good images, find ways to elevate your best images higher.
To make better pictures, start by making better pictures of the ordinary, making it extraordinary.
It all starts with better & thought out compositions – think before you shoot, this includes your post process to get to the final image.
